While finding a new home in a foreign country can be a daunting experience, our team will guide you in booking your flights, finding an apartment that suits your needs, and is in the vicinity of the school you will be working for. This will allow you to focus on your new teaching career, exploring and making friends with one less thing to worry about!
As a part of the program, you will complete our online cultural orientation before flying over to make sure you understand all the important facets of the local culture and fit in seamlessly. Once you are in Japan, you will also attend a weekend Orientation in which you will learn more about the local culture and be able to share your experience with other teachers. Weekend accommodations and meals are included
We also organize regular meetups with our teachers to ensure everyone is having a good time in Japan. This is a fantastic opportunity to connect with other new teachers, exchange ideas and make some new friends.
We have partnered up with a number of public and private schools scattered across the country. One of our coordinators will discuss available teaching opportunities with you and help you find the best match!
A guaranteed paid placement in one of our partner schools is included in the program. The pay of 215,000-240,000 JPY enables you to have a fantastic stay and really make the most of your time in the land of the rising sun.
Once you are about to complete your contract in Japan, it is time to consider your next step. You might want to proceed with a placement in another country, and we will be happy to support you in that. Like many of our grads, you might also wish to extend the contract or sign with another one of our numerous partner schools.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Applicants must be between 20 and 50 years old
- Fluent English
- Non-native speakers must have 12 years of English as the language of instruction
- Bachelor’s degree
- 12 month contract availability
- International Driver’s Permit in booklet form
